Gobhi Recipe: Try 4 Amazing Gobhi Recipe Items At Home

Cauliflower Parathas:
Gobhi paratha

Ingredients for Cauliflower Parathas:
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 cauliflower (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger & garlic paste
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 2 cups wheat flour
  • 3 finely chopped green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • Mustard oil, ghee or refined oil (for frying parathas)
  • Water to knead the dough


Cauliflower Paratha Recipe: How to make Cauliflower Paratha:

  • Put wheat flour and some salt in a vessel and knead a soft and smooth dough with the help of water.
  • In another vessel, mix chopped cauliflower, finely chopped onion, finely chopped green chillies, ginger and garlic paste, turmeric powder, garam masala and salt according to your taste.
  • Make small balls from the kneaded dough and roll them.
  • Fill the cauliflower mixture inside the rolled dough and close it from all sides.
  • Now roll this ball with a rolling pin with the help of light hands.
  • Heat a pan and fry the parathas with ghee or oil until golden brown.
  • Serve hot cauliflower parathas with curd or butter.

Aloo Gobi Sabzi:Aloo gobhi sabzi

Ingredients for Aloo Gobi Sabzi:
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1 cauliflower (chopped)
  • 1 onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 2 tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 3 finely chopped green chillies
  • 2 teaspoon oil
  • Green coriander


Aloo Gobi Sabzi Recipe: Method to make aloo gobhi sabzi:

  • Heat oil in a wok or pan and add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds to it.
  • After the cumin seeds crackle, add onion and green chillies. Fry the onion till it turns golden.
  • Now add tomatoes and cook it well.
  • After this, add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder and salt according to taste.
  • Now add chopped cauliflower and chopped potatoes and mix well.
  • Cover the pan and cook on medium flame for 10 to 15 minutes, until the potatoes and cauliflower become soft.
  • Once the vegetable is ready, add garam masala and coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot aloo gobhi sabzi with roti or paratha.

Cauliflower Manchurian:Manchurian recipe

Ingredients for Cauliflower Manchurian:
  • 1/2 cup fine flour
  • 1/4 cup cornflour
  • 1 cauliflower (cut into florets)
  • 1 teaspoon soya sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red chilli sauce
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 1 capsicum (chopped)
  • 1 onion (chopped)
  • 2 to 3 teaspoons ginger & garlic paste
  • 2 to 3 green onions (chopped)
  • Oil (for frying)
  • Salt to taste

Cauliflower Manchurian Recipe: Method to make Manchurian:

  • Mix fine flour, ginger and garlic paste, cornflour and a little salt in a vessel. Prepare a thick batter by adding some water to it.
  • Dip the cauliflower florets in this batter and fry them in hot oil till they become golden and crisp.
  • Heat some oil in another pan and add chopped onion and capsicum to it. Fry it a little.
  • Now add soya sauce, red chilli sauce and vinegar to it.
  • At last, add chopped green onion and serve hot.

Cauliflower Pickle:Pickles recipe

Ingredients required to make Cauliflower Pickle:
  • 1/2 cup mustard oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoon fennel
  • 1/2 teaspoon asafoetida
  • 1 cauliflower (chopped) 
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons mustard seeds
  • Salt as per taste


Cauliflower Pickle Recipe: Method to make Cauliflower Pickle:

  • Put chopped cauliflower in a vessel and add salt to it. Dry it in the sun for 2 to 3 hours.
  • Heat the oil in wok or pan then cool it down after heat.
  • Now add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, fennel and asafoetida and fry a little before adding.
  • Now add 1 teaspoon turmeric powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder and 1 teaspoon red chili powder.
  • Add dried cauliflower to it and mix well.
  • Finally add vinegar and fill the pickle in a clean dry jar. 
  • Keep the pickle in the sun for 3 to 4 days so that the spices mix well with the cauliflower. 
  • Delicious cauliflower pickle is ready.
